I designed this guide to build lean upper body muscle at home using dumbbell weights as resistance. You will need dumbbells that range between 5lbs-15lbs.

Workout Details Per Workout:

  • You will complete a warmup circuit followed by a workout circuit.
  • You will complete 9 different exercises. Exercises are different for each workout.
  • You will target your core, abs, shoulders, arms, chest, and back.
  • Each workout will take you 30 minutes to complete.
  • You will burn fat and build lean muscle. Building lean muscle will help shape your body and give you a more toned, tight, and defined physique.
  • You will follow exercise gifs showcasing correct exercise form.
  • You will read step-by-step exercise descriptions explaining proper exercise technique.
  • You will learn the benefits of each exercise.
