I designed this guide to build stronger legs at home using bodyweight as resistance. You don’t need any gym equipment to complete this guide.
Workout Details Per Workout:
- You will complete a warmup circuit followed by a workout circuit.
- You will complete 9 different exercises. Exercises are different for each workout.
- You will target your glutes, quads, hamstrings, hips, lower back, core, calves.
- Each workout will take you 30 minutes to complete.
- You will burn fat and build lean muscle. Building lean muscle will help shape your body and give you a more toned, tight, and defined physique.
- You will follow exercise gifs showcasing correct exercise form.
- You will read step-by-step exercise descriptions explaining proper exercise technique.
- You will learn the benefits of each exercise.
