My 4 week full body challenge starts Monday October 1st and runs for 4 weeks. This challenge is suitable for all fitness levels. You don't need to own any gym equipment to participate in this challenge. Challenge workouts are 30 minutes and can be completed at home or in the gym. I hope you'll consider joining me this fall.
