Main goal with this workout guide:

- Build a strong fitness foundation
You will be doing 6 workouts each week for 4 weeks. All workouts can be done at home with no gym equipment.
- + 2 lower body workouts
- + 2 upper body workouts
- + 2 core workouts
- + 1 rest day
- This is a four week home workout guide sectioned into three different training phases. Each phase will last for four weeks and contains a different set of exercises and workouts. Phase release dates are listed below.
