January Fitness Challenge
The January Fitness Challenge is a 4 week home workout guide. The main goal with this challenge is to jump start your fitness potential and to get into mind and body shape for 2020!
- Suitable for all fitness levels, that includes beginners!
- Starts Monday January 6th and ends Friday January 31st.
- You will do 4 workouts a week for 4 weeks.
- 2 lower body focused workouts + 2 upper body focused workouts.
- Workouts will take 30 minutes to do.
- You do not need any gym equipment, so you can workout at home.
- I provide descriptions explaining proper exercise form and technique.
- I provide exercise video gifs demonstrating proper form and technique.
- You will challenge yourself with a series of bodyweight compound exercises. Compound exercises are exercises that work multiple muscle groups at the same time.
About your purchase:
- You can bundle the upper body challenge with the lower body challenge, or you can purchase each challenge individually.
- For best results do the upper body challenge and the lower body challenge together for 4 weeks.
- The challenge will be sent to your email.
- You can access the challenge via phone, tablet, or desktop.
- You can keep the challenge forever and do it multiple times.
