Full Body Home Workout Guide
The main goal with this workout guide is to build a strong fitness foundation at home. I recommend doing this workout guide first.Information:
- This workout guide is sectioned into three different training phases.
- Each phase will take four weeks to complete.
- Complete each phase in order.
- Each phase is a unique combination of workouts and exercises.
- Purchase each phase individually or bundle together.
- You will do six workouts a week.
- 2 lower body workouts, 2 upper body workouts, 2 core workouts.
- Workouts will take 30 minutes.
- Follow descriptions explaining proper form and technique of each exercise.
- Tutorial gifs available to watch.
- You don't need any gym equipment.
