February Fitness Challenge
This is a 4-week home workout guide. You can start this guide at anytime throughout the month. Click here for a workout sample!
- Starts Monday February 3rd and ends Saturday February 29th.
- You will do 4 workouts and rest for 3 days each week.
- All workouts will take 20 minutes to do.
- You don't need any gym equipment.
- You can workout at home in a small space.
- Follow descriptions explaining exercise form and technique.
- Follow video gifs demonstrating proper exercise form and technique.
- You will train lower body, upper body and core.
- The workouts will be a series of bodyweight compound exercises. Compound exercises are exercises that work multiple muscle groups at the same time.
