The main goal with this guide is to build lean upper body muscle. This guide is based on how I personally like to train my upper body. This guide is sectioned into three unique training phases. Each phase will take 4 weeks to complete.

- You will do 2 workouts a week.
- Full focus on arms, back, chest and shoulders.
- Workouts will take 40 minutes to do.
- You need access to dumbbells and a bench.
