The main goal with this workout guide is to build strong legs using dumbbell weights. I recommend doing this workout guide after my 12 week Full Body Home Workout Guide and before my 12 week Glute Gym Guide.

Information:
  • This workout guide is sectioned into three different training phases.
  • Each phase will take four weeks to complete.
  • Complete each phase in order.
  • Each phase is a unique combination of exercises.
  • Purchase each phase individually or bundle together.

Details:

  • You will do 2 workouts a week.
  • Workouts will take 45 minutes.
  • Follow descriptions explaining proper form and technique of each exercise.
  • Tutorial gifs available to watch. 
  • You will need a bench and dumbbell weights.
