    Coffee And Oat Protein Smoothie

    MAKES 1

    Ingredients:

    1 cup coffee
    1/2 cup almond milk
    1 frozen banana
    1/2 cup rolled oats
    1 scoop vanilla protein powder
    1 tbsp. cocoa powder
    1 tbsp. honey
    1 handful of ice (optional)

    Add all ingredients to your blender and mix well. 

    Sunrise Smoothie

    MAKES 1

    Ingredients:

    1 cup freshly squeezed orange juice
    1/2 cup frozen strawberries
    1/2 cup frozen mango
    1/2 cup frozen pineapple
    3 mint leaves
    1 tbsp. blonde coconut nectar, optional

    Add all ingredients to your blender and mix well.

    Double Fudge Shake

    MAKES 1

    Ingredients:

    1/4 cup organic dark chocolate chips
    3/4 cup vegan milk
    1 banana, peel removed and frozen
    1 tbsp. cacao powder
    1 scoop vanilla protein 
    1 cup ice 

    Melt the chocolate chips in a small saucepan with a splash of the vegan milk. Use a wooden spoon to stir constantly so it does not burn. 

    When your chips are melted, add all ingredients to your blender and mix well. Enjoy!

    Drink Your Greens

    Drink Your Greens

    MAKES 1

    Ingredients:

    1 large green apple, diced    
    1 cup cucumber, diced
    1 handful of baby spinach
    3 fresh mint leaves
    Squeeze of fresh lemon juice
    1/4 cup water 
    1 handful of ice

    Add all ingredients to your blender in the order provided and mix well. Enjoy immediately before separation occurs.
